   In 2016, I fell in love with an obscure Italian prog metal band...Afasia.  I corresponded with their guitarist "Lori". He sent me Afasia's album "Nelle Vesti del Mio Ego".  I spin it at least once a year.  If Dream Theater and PFM had a child...
Afasia were one and done.  LorI sent me links to another band that he plays with...Sick N' Beautiful 
They sound like a combination of Blue Oyster Cult, Lords of Acid, and Pat Benatar with an Alice Cooper/Ghost vibration.  Sick N' Beautiful are a lot of fun... and they write catchy tunes.
