For myself signature Victorianique sound requires pump organ, hurdy gurdy and, most especially, calliope.

Steve Hackett's "Carry on up the vicarage" always hit the Victorian bell with me - even though its about Agatha Christie mysteries.
The cover art for "Please Don't Touch" lp is very Vic-period.

 Having just listened to Marillion Punch & Judy I now withdraw my submission. I was only going by the track title - Punch & Judy/raree shows were popular enterainment in Victorian England.
The lyrics have basically nothing to do with this thread. Neither does the music.
