Farewell to Kings. I like Animals. But, this may be my favorite Rush album. Xanadu makes it a comfortable win.

Animals. I prefer eighties Rush over their seventies output generally. Animals is the last straight up prog masterpiece of the classic era imo although Hawkwind put out my favourite album by them in this year. Is it prog though? That would give Animals a run for its money.
