Exotic Dana Gillespie in a Middle Eastern setting wearing what appears to be a salad bowl on her head. It's all really quite bazaar, which reminds one of journalist John Simpson when he got caught trying to sneak into Afghanistan dressed in the all-enveloping traditional costume of an Afghani woman, but was given away by his short fat hairy legs. What a burqa!
