I think Suzi Quatro is American, not British. Her syster was in the first great all-women band: Fanny.

Voted for Bowie, who also had a story with Fanny's bassist

I included Suzi Quatro in the poll simply because she was a big part of the British Glam Rock scene. Suzi was a last minute replacement for someone whose name we dare not mention. Embarrassed
