   SHOOTING STARS      The most anarchic panel game on British TV, hosted by comedy double act Vic Reeves & Bob Mortimer, and throwing the typical panel game format completely on its head in a quiz show which apparently has no rules, or by simply inventing new rules on the night of filming as the mood takes them.
