I've only heard five of these, but I'm gonna vote for Cultosaurus Erectus without checking out the remaining 18 albums.

Moving Pictures has my vote. I love a great concept album about moving jpeg files around on a laptop. Wacko

Got to be Journey.. one of the best albums of the genre > Kansas next up.... it wasn't a bad album tbh

Styx' Cornerstone was a very weak affair, but Paradise Theater might get some recognition next time out?
Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson

Nothing left to vote except for Who & StonesShockedConfusedSleepy...
and TBH, for The Who, it's over with this one.
let's just stay above the moral melee
prefer the sink to the gutter
keep our sand-castle virtues
content to be a doer
as well as a thinker,
prefer lifting our pen
rather than un-sheath our sword
