Can't vote, because Relayer is the only album I've heard here... but it gets 5 stars from me.
Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson

While from this list I have only listened to Relayer in full, and have not heard most of these at all, I am choosing Relayer as my favourite from my limited knowledge. Also, it stands to reason that the Ultimate YES: 7th Album is going to be the seventh album by Yes.

Criminal Record is my favorite RW solo LP, so my vote goes there.

While there is some good music on Change We Must, The Grand Scheme of Things, and Criminal Record, all three are uneven and can't come close to comparing with Relayer.

^Earthworks is not uneven and better than the three you mention.

The Bulldozer: ideal for levelling out those uneven Earthworks, but only if you know how to use it, unlike the dangerous wallies in the video below. Tongue

I like Criminal Record more than Relayer
I stand with Roger Waters, I stand with Joan Baez, I stand with Victor Jara, I stand with Woody Guthrie. Music is revolution

^ you can put me in the 'not perfect' camp as well then. Criminal Record is a mixture but partly does answer the question what if Yes has become a 'power trio' like ELP? Wakeman, Squire and White are brilliant here. But then you have Judas Iscariot (my favourite Wakeman track) featuring pipe organ and choir. This is definitive RW for me. The one down point is The Breathaliser which somehow is even worsoe than ELP's Benny The Bouncer. Relayer is undoubtedly a masterpiece and I can happily recognise it as such. Taste wise though I still prefer Criminal Record.
