I can think of many bands who had Three of a Perfect Pair during the 1980's, but sadly, that doesn't apply to King Crimson.

This Top 100 is back to front if the dismal Top 20 is anything to go by.
There's also too many Death Metal bands in this Top 100 for my liking and with repulsive names such as Coroner, Death, Leprosy and Pestilence, you just know they're going to sound absolutely dreadful.

Nothing dismal about Dead Can Dance's The Serpent's Egg. And I really like Talk Talk's Spirit of Eden, Cardiacs' A Little Man and a House, and I like Faust's The Last LP. My friends used to call me a pessimist, but I realise that I can seem very optimistic in these parts by comparison.  I do prefer to focus on what I appreciate more than what I don't commonly.
