This poll is brought to you by Special K (would have been been better with the letter I for Insomnia). Made less special to some with the absence of Kansas, I expect (it's said that absence makes the heart grow fonder), but these are 25 acts that I have particularly enjoyed. A few I have not listened to in many years, and some excite me more than others.
So, yes, these are some of MY favourite K acts. I am happy to hear about your favourite K acts, and if you think I have missed Ks that you would expect to be amongst my favourites, or think I will like. lay it on me me, man, I like getting recommendations. Some notable names left off the poll that may make your posts include Kansas, Kaipa, Karnivool, Katatonia, Mike Keneally, Kenso, Kerrs Pink, Mike Kershaw, Dave Kerzner, Kingston Wall, Klaatu and Kopecky. While I usually like to add a few outside of PA, to bring down the numbers of personal favourites, I left off some that I had wanted to include. I left off the post-punk of Killing Joke (which would have got more than one vote, I expect), and the should need no introduction other than "The", The Kinks. That said, I did include Yaya Kim as it just would not feel right without a female art-pop artist (and K for Korean to boot) in the list. Also, Komeda is not in PA and that has been an act I have been very into in recent years (a must for me to list). Stereolab has been included in PA quite recently, and Komeda is something I would recommend to the kinds of people who like Stereolab (and Broadcast, Pram, Vanishing Twin etc.) All others are in PA, I believe. Please vote for three from the poll with music you like if you can, otherwise if that is too hard or you desire otherwise, you can vote for more or for less. And feel free to vote despite limited familiarity. I encourage people to mention what they like that IS in the poll and what they like that IS NOT in the poll. Here are the past polls: 25 "H" List Acts & 29 "G" List Acts & 26 "F" List Acts & 25 "E" List Acts & 26 "D" List Acts & 25 "C" List Acts & 25 "B" List Acts & 25 "A" List Acts |

^ Thanks to you, Drew, and others. Pleased to see various people with many K likes and as much appreciation as there has been thus far. While I would encourage others to mention what they like off my poll list, I was a little concerned that I may take some grief for not including Kansas -- I do like some Kansas, but I'm more interested in the ones that I listed.
I opt to go go with three that have no votes: Kikagaku Moyo Komeda Kosmischer Läufer Those three have received much play from me over the past few years. |

Karnataka, Kansas and Kayak would be my other choices...

^ Kayak is one I should have thought to mention in the OP as I have listened to it and kayaking is one of my favourite activities. :)

King Crimson although I don't like everything.
King Gizzard mainly on the strength of their recent album. It's only taken them 27 goes to come up with something I like! Kotebel are a great modern symphonic band. Ouroboros and Cosmology especially are must haves for any lover of this genre. Probably as good as Wobbler and possibly more original but I should whisper that quietly..

I easily find 3+ bands I love here avoiding KC (who are the best anyway), so Karda Estra, Knifeworld and Kraan it is (Kraftwerk lost out due to too many votes already as well).
