I wanted these 26 so sorry for combining the last two acts in one line. I am very surprised to see Duster in the Neo-Prog category here. I had not known it was here at all, but I would have imagined to more likely be in Psych/Space and there are Post-Rock qualities. Not the strongest vocals, but good band and groove.
By the way, people might confuse Deerhunter with The Dear Hunter which is in Crossover Prog here. I like Deerhunter's Halcyon Digest very much. This is the opening track: Anyway, vote for three, or more or less from the list. Please mention something you like on the list if you do like any of the choices, and feel free to mention any of your favourites not on the list. Oh, and feel free to vote no matter how limited your knowledge is (I know that a lot of what I like is little known or appreciated with many at the forum). Here are the past polls: 25 "C" List Acts & 25 "B" List Acts & 25 "A" List Acts Note that the majority of these are in PA; however, Daughters, Deerhunter, Depeche Mode, and Nick Drake are not. Another great list, and again I picked three including DUN, Miles and Dedalus. Pretty happy with those.

^ Thanks, John. While I'd be super with those as my long-time faves and I do feel that all three are very deserving of votes, as I sometimes do, I'll go with three that have no votes this far: Dead Can Dance, Nick Drake and William D. Drake.

Date Course Pentagon Royal Garden is something is't it? Guldbamsen sent me that many years ago and it deserves a mention.

^ Yep, I love its funky jazz band style with its ethnic elements and beats. So much good and adventurous jazzy music came out of Japan. I learned about it via David (Guldbamsen). I should add the later releases as the PA discography is lacking.

A lot of great bands in this poll appear in lots of polls. For once I try to avoid them (have voted for some of these acts several times) and vote for Patricia Dallio. Note quite sure how often Dün has appeared and whether I have ever voted for them. OK, to be sure I vote for them now.

** No Dream Theater on the list** shocker!
Only DAAL floats my boat on the list. Never been a fan of The Doors. I've been watching a lot of 'Overrated bands' shows on y/t and they would be close to near the top along with Iggy Pop and U2 if I ever did such a thing.
