Voted for The Tangent. Some good ones in this list. Ayreon, Haken, Sound of Contact, Spock's Beard, and Steven Wilson all had decent albums that year. Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm at a baseball card show.

There seems to be something special when it comes to prog years ending in a 3.
