Nice selection (and listen!). Beforehand I would say that Uriah Heep would be the easy winner. Of Humble Pie I only know their Rock On album and I am discovering here Room and Felt. Room is nice too, but imo not as good as the other three... Between these three, the choice becomes difficult... I'll go with Humble Pie, now (for the nice bluesy mood that fits the day).

Pie.

If it can ease your pain, on my soundcloud page, I can see interesting stats: 2 or 3 "likes" for 0 listen... Stern Smile

Back to the topic: "No Warmth in my Life" is an interesting song, there's a small Black Sabbath vibe - with brass and acoustic guitars. It just need a little something to "click" with my tastes. Still voted for it, anyways.

On the other hand, the song by Felt (never heard of them!) just bore me, just like the track from Humble Pie (I should listen back to these guys, I think to remember some stuff more appealing to me).
In fact, the tracks by Humble Pie and Felt make me think of Deep Purple's "Child in Time": an atmospheric start, with a building tension... except that DP makes it work.

Oh, and Uriah Heep. Nice song, but it sounds like a good b-side.

Earth and Water Song from that Humble Pie album is one of my favorite ballads. There was still some Peter Frampton at the guitar, actually.
I stand with Roger Waters, I stand with Joan Baez, I stand with Victor Jara, I stand with Woody Guthrie. Music is revolution

Live with Me. The Pie sounds flawless in the whole album. Frampton was on fire, and the keyboard parts are awesome.
