Good poll. The Remembering repeats itself too much imo. I voted for Ancient.

I love the "Leaves of Green" section of "The Ancient (Giant Under the Suns)," but "The Remembering (High the Memory)" in totality is stronger, in my opinion.

I like the name The Ancient, Giants Under the Sun much better. Is that enough to vote for it?

People must not like The Remembering very much to have it tied with The Ancient. Don't get me wrong, I love 'The Ancient' but the remembering is leagues ahead. (The Whole album is Yes's best, not a single bad moment across the entire thing!)
The Wheel of Time Turns, and Ages come and pass. What was, what will be, and what is, may yet fall under the shadow.

A perfect tie???? Since when does that happen?

There must be much more than 28 people on this site (above and beyond the "I can't decide" voters) with this album in their collection.

"The Ancient", especially the last third with Howe's acoustic solo accompanied by Anderson's voice, superlative.

Me too. I've grown to like The Ancient more over the years although I could do with a bit less of Howe's guitar soloing, tbh.

"The Remembering" is one of the greatest underappreciated Yes songs of all time.

"The Ancient" I feel serves as an appropriate psychedelic bridge between what comes before and what comes after, but it has never drawn me in the same way.

IMHO, "The Remembering" is the least attractive of the album's four epics.

The Ancient, by a mile... (the first 2/3, anyways)

FINALLY something (then-)new to the Yes catalogue.
let's just stay above the moral melee
prefer the sink to the gutter
keep our sand-castle virtues
content to be a doer
as well as a thinker,
prefer lifting our pen
rather than un-sheath our sword

The Ancient for the acoustic part, but all four songs are perfect.
