   'Atmos' is a one-man band project by Tennyson Bates. Founded in August 2023, He strives to create Floydian soundscapes with the darkness of bands like Van Der Graaf Generator. Utilizing many instruments and textures, he creates atmospheric and almost spacey sounding songs. 'Atmos I' was released on December 10, 2023. With the constant release of demos on the YouTube channel (here) Atmos proves to not be clearly defined to one label. 

(I thought about adding this to Post-Rock, but the metal guitar solos and strive towards a slightly harder sound prevented that. Besides, since this is me, I also plan to start working towards a harder sound and to provide a better mix of a harder guitar, soundscapes, and acoustic instruments. 

Over on AwesomeProg, (album link here) it's listed as  'Sad Experimental Eclectic Prog Rock'. Since it draws influences from Post Rock, Space Rock, Hard Rock, and even Psychedelic Rock. 

With many more planned albums on the way, 'Atmos' promises a long lifespan of a project.
