hello everyone. just hoping to find some reviewers that would be interested in a bandcamp download code to review our debut album, Paradigms. can reply here or send a private message. we now have a PA page.thanks very much. cheers.
this is what other musicians thought about our Paradigms album. "What I have heard of your album so far sounds fkn amazing. Totally unique. Can't say it sounds like anyone cause it does not” - Chris Gill (Band Of Rain)
“Really cool! Great atmospheres and cool riffs. At times reminded me of Pink Floyd or Gentle Giant. Fun Prog! Congrats! Really impressed.” - Dave Kerzner ('Sound of Contact', 'Dave Kerzner Band', 'In Continuum') “A progressive experimental collection of music that has thrown out the formula book to give way to free form moods, mental atmospheres and innovative sound design. Definitely something to enjoy in its entirety . Digging it!” - Simon Collins (‘Sound Of Contact’, ‘eMOLECULE’)
“Wow - I love it. Very impressed. Great moods, great progressive grooves, awesome guitar, gritty keys, solid bass, very cool stuff!” - Matt Dorsey (‘Sound Of Contact’, ‘In Continuum’, ‘Dave Kerzner Band’)
“T.A.P’s 'Paradigm' is a compelling return to the roots of prog with a 7 superb tracks waxing musical tapestries infused with jazz fusion and rock. At times it made me think of the supergroup UK or something from Bill Bruford's 'Masterstrokes'. It is an exciting listen filled with interwoven melodies, rhythms and musical themes.” - Kelly Nordstrom (‘Sound Of Contact’, ‘eMOLECULE’) “...an absolute blast... guitar technique and tone to die for throughout, some really inventive arrangements with prog, ambient, hints of jazz fusion, blues, even a bit of carnival haha. Fab keys and orchestration, some very inventive percussion - lots of room for the music to move and groove but never descends into indulgence. It's well outside my usual comfort zone but when everyone brings their A Game like that and creates the right moods and can move seamlessly through those kind of arrangements it's a winner. Production is really good. Delicious basslines. Silence From The Storm! Yum” Edited by JobbornProgPromoter2 - November 07 2023 at 18:38 |

^Always Happy to Help! I like writing, so I enjoy writing reviews, but I don't have a lot of time to do so. That would be fantastic, thank you!

Will be writing a blurb and a review soon. Since blurbs are not supported at PA, I invite people to write a short blurb for the album at https://awesomeprog.com/releases/65934 as well

^ Thanks, I’m good - listening via Spotify currently. Will probably buy it on Bandcamp, to support the band! I’ve also written a blurb 😊

^ It’s really a unique style - I’ve listened to more than 200 releases of 2023 and can’t think of one that comes close. I agree with Pedro/moshkito on that.

You really need to add the band to Rate Your Music. The prog T.A.P. isn't there yet. |

Hi, While I appreciate a lot of websites making the effort for this or that, in the end ... I don't know how I feel about it. As a writer, and published, I really do not care if I'm listed in one place or not, and if the Venusians think it's hotter than poop! That piece is over and now it's time for a new piece! Such is the life of a poet and writer, and the water is already gone to the ocean! I suppose that in your case/band this is necessary to have as much attention as possible, and I honestly hope that it happens, but the whole sentiment around that and some of these websites is so based on an "idea" that is very weak and on top of it run by folks that consider themselves the top of the heap when it comes to knowledge and decisions about some music ... that in the end, it is a total turnoff for me. I much prefer my old roommate and friend Guy Guden that for almost 50 years, still doesn't give a damn about his show being "progressive" ... in fact, I'm not sure anyone can describe it properly ... it's impossible. I simply hope that the "word" from some of us reviewers is good enough to help you guys ... just like many of us that have been close to DK and HoI and some of those projects. I have a couple of albums by DK that I have not let out a review yet ... because I'm going ... baaahgeezuz ... what the heck am I stoned on? And I'm a veteran and quit all that stuff 40 years ago! T. A. P deserves the attention and mention ... if we can get away from the "top this and top that" folks ... but that's another story. I sure, would love to see the band, but at 73, I'm not sure I will EVER get the chance. I would even drive to Seattle ... but SF and LA are out of the question, though I might tinkle my 401K for a plane ticket to get stoned on that ... really fine Southern California vintage smog!!!

Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!
