Just finished listening to Pueblo Blanco by Lucecita Benitez. Wow! She might not be prog enough to be on PA, but that song is super proggy imo and it fuсking rocks. Discogs labels it as pop, but it's more of an orchestral operatic rock affair.

Good band. I have their first album Moon Sadness and Songs from the Lighthouse. Is this as good as those? What else have you heard by them?

That Nospun Opus isn't on progarchives. Should it be? Which part is the band name?

Yes, it should be.
The band is called Nospūn.
Maybe I'll suggest them once I have some time to write a biography.

You mean their debut album?
Their debut is great.

Beyond 1990, nothing much from them works for me, a few songs here and there, you count them on one hand.

No, this one is from 1993 like I mentioned. It's also referred to as the Wedding album probably because of the cover. This one (I'm about half-way through it so far) is actually not too bad. Some of it is dancy and some of it is poppy but once you get used to the sound not too bad. I never heard their very first one but I have Rio which is a classic new wave album imo. Anyway, I probably bought this one used for maybe a dollar or two at a thrift store somewhere.

Thanks for letting me know about Moongarden. They sound kind of uneven to me so what you said doesn't surprise me.

I like the song Too Much Information, it's on that album if I remember right.

I think their debut is better than Rio, all killer no filler album for me.
Also try to listen to their live album Arena. Very enjoyable, competent live performance.

Yes, "too much information" is on the one I just listened to. I have not heard the very first one yet but will look into it. Thanks for the tips.
