22 albums with the word "seven" in the title. A rather random poll, all sort of genres here, but that might be why you could find an album you like.
So choose your favorite, leave a comment, the usual. You could also mention other good albums that have the word "seven" in their title.

Moody Blues: Seventh Sojourn? Edited by Jared - August 17 2023 at 01:14 |

Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson

Good point, I forgot about Moody Blues, but then again I rarely listen to them these days. I will give Seventh Sojourn another listen soon.

yeah, but it's called "137". (I've never looked into why the album is called like that). I just wanted only the word "seven(th)". That's why I ignored Magenta's other album "The Twenty Seven Club".

^Shouldn't "Seventeen Seconds" not be included for that reason?
Voted for Maiden. I suggest "Number Seven" by Phideaux. |

I think I accidentally voted for IQ "The Seventh House" instead of Maiden.

I think I listened to that at one time. The Xandria album I paid attention to the most was Neverworld's End which is a Nightwish clone all the way and yet better than a lot of Nightwish albums. i might give Salome - The Seventh Veil another chance, when i have the time for it.

You are spot on about Neverworld's End... hugely enjoyable and very accomplished for what it is, as was their follow-up Sacrificium. I took Sue to see them back in 2015 on this tour, with Stream Of Passion. Xandria headlined around Europe (her thing), while SoP headlined the UK dates (more my thing)... a great evening for both of us, really...

Here I cast my vote, the only vote, for that album which marks the creative zenith of Canada's "other" great power trio, Triumph.
Afterward, Messrs. Emmett, Moore and Levin began their downslide into FM rock banality, aided and abetted by the record label's insistence they record a set of forgettable songs penned by outside writers for inclusion on their next album.

Possessed - Seven Churches.
Some of you may know that Larry LaLonde of Primus played in the band back in the day and co-wrote this track.

Interesting and eclectic list, but there are not that many albums I've heard in full and some of those date back to... well, to those days... Thinking especially of Duran Duran and Helloween, that I quite liked back in those days. But, from this list it is a rather easy vote for The Soft Machine. |
