Would also have listed several IQ albums....Dark Matter, Frequency, Road, etc but they are listed as neo and not symph.

Good list!   Add  Pekka Pohjola's  "Harakka Bialoipokku",  aka "B The Magpie" (especially the side A) and I will be even more delighted..
That is one of the grandest symphonic treatise I have ever come across compositionwise.
