Can - Future Days, followed closely by at least half of the rest (the closest being Lou Reed).

That's a hard one between Can, Faust, Genesis, Hawkwind, and LTIA. I guess Faust will have the hardest time collecting votes here so I'll given them mine.

Genesis > KC

Find it hard to vote for Hawkwind, because I don't like including live albums.

I've heard both the John Martin (ex-girlfriend) and Lou Reed but I don't really like either
Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson

Genesis > KC > Can > Hancock. I snore like a questionnaire.

It's especially between Can's Future Days and Faust IV (my other choices would would be Larks' and Aladdin Sane). I'm going with Faust IV just because I listened to it most recently -- two days ago.

I'd say that Genesis started off as a kind of pop band, and methinks the band never left the pop sensibilities behind completely.
