Primus - Brown Album, even though it's far from their best. Followed by Crazy World of Arthur Brown.

I had wondered if you might include The Brown Album by Gravy with the aptly named "Heavy Load" song. It's actually about trucking, not the kind of heavy load I had expected from a band that references brown and gravy. Now all that talk of brown gravy is making me feel a bit queasy, reminding me of that heavy load, talk about a dump truck, of poutine I had.

Anyway, Arthur Brown's The Crazy World of Arthur Brown for me.

I can tell that in the '70s, I was very fond of some of James Brown's music, but I don't think I'm familiar with the two albums listed.

Charlie Brown Christmas for me... one of the best holiday albums ever, as far as I'm concerned Smile

Primus would be my runner-up

Take me down, to the underground
Won't you take me down, to the underground
Why oh why, there is no light
And if I can't sleep, can you hold my life

Hi,

Does DUNCAN BROWNE count?

A bunch of nice albums from his earlier band (Metro) and then by himself, before he passed away.

Some really beautiful and well done stuff.
Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!

Only if he has a self-titled album, in the same way as Jackson Browne. Wink

...which will of course include Bob Dylan, and there are more "Blonde" albums than you'd think. Smile
