Peter Gabriel - The I/O U tour

   So my dear wife says to me yesterday "Hey ya big galoot, Gab's is playing in Toronto in Sept. we should see him 'cause it might be our last chance". And like the obedient spouse I am I immediately fired up my google machine and said "Give me tickets". After a few minutes of clunking and churning it spits out the results. Well I dumped a big one right there and then. A holy mess to be sure. Floor level seats STARTED at around $225 at the back rows and seats in the front section near the stage showing $700. Even the nose bleeds are $100+.
Man, I love Peter Gabriel, but thankfully I've seen him live before during the Security tour at Maple Leaf Gardens. If I recall, the tickets were around $25 for first mezz level mid row seats.

Peter...if you're listening...I'm really sorry man, I just can't do it. 
I guess I'll just have to settle for all your DVD/BluRay concerts I already have.

And yes, i get how much it takes to put on a production like he does...but still.

	All tixs are 3 digits now, especially these large arena shows. I have tixs for this show in Seattle, paid $110 ea for me and my spousal unit, upper section. Also have tixs for Lionel Richie and Earth Wind & Fire, lower level ran me $225 ea. And people are complaining about $5 doz eggs....
