^ Two more from that list:
- Gabriele Diana / vocals - Leonardo Fusi / guitar - Filippo Occhipinti / guitar - Federico Stiaccini / bass - Francesco Miatto / drums CD Buil2Kill Records - B2K_0017 (2012, Italy) This one is an EP, not a full album, and belongs to a completely different Cryptex, with no connection whatsoever to prog, so it just needs deleting - or it could be replaced by this 2011 CD Maxi Single which isn't on the band's page, consisting of four tracks from the album of the same name which was released the year before. E&O Team: Thanks, done. "Alien" album replaced with "native" single.

And two more:
This was added by the same guy (aroid) who erroneously added the wrong Cryptex release in the post above. Again it's in the wrong section (it's a compilation, not a studio album), and similarly also, it's by a completely different Deep Feeling to the one in our database! Again the options are to just ask admins to delete it, or use the album ID to add one of eight singles that Deep Feeling released. See: https://www.discogs.com/artist/738060-Deep-Feeling or https://rateyourmusic.com/artist/deep-feeling. No individual track timings for this one, and I don't know which source Mike took the total time from, but I reckon the individual track times are roughly as posted below, taken from this YouTube upload of a rip of the vinyl album: 1. Mathematics (4:02) 2. Sophie’s Belly (3:19) 3. Catatoc (6:00) 4. Awakening Of The Dirt Pirates (3:19) 5. The Man Sabo-A And The Girl Polly-B (1:26) 6. Going On Foot And The King Coming By Carriage (7:17) 7. A Mirror Tree (21:33) Total time 46:56 Note: The above timings are approximate due to gaps of silence on the vinyl between individual tracks, and also the transition between sides 1 & 2. Deerhoof were really just a two-piece when this album was recorded, but they invited Satomi Matsuzaki to add her rather strange vocals to the equally strange 'music' (?) that the duo specialised in at the time. She played guitar, bass and drums as well as performing vocals on later releases, but as far as I know she just contributed vocals on this very first album. - Greg Saunier / drums, vocals, keyboards, guitar, bass - Rob Fisk / guitar, bass - Satomi Matsuzaki / vocals This album is not really my cup of tea at all lol! E&O Team: Thanks, done. "Alien" album again replaced with "native" single. (May it rest in peace if Admins kill it). Edited by NotAProghead - February 06 2023 at 19:14 |

Mayer, Julien's right, please look: 1. There is studio album Aphelion (2021). 2. Its tour edition Aphelion (Tour Edition) published in 2023. Posting it under Live albums wouldn't be correct because the main feature of this release is 2021 studio album. But because it also has a second live disc Julien rightfully moved it to Compilations. 3. Second disc of tour edition, containing live material, was released separately as Aphelion Live 2022 on LP. Julien correctly added it as a Live album. No duplications, everything's alright. Edited by NotAProghead - February 07 2023 at 07:29 |

I was about to contact admins to ask deletion of https://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=66904 but then I noticed Eugene just updated it by listing a single instead. I still think deletion is the best option because all singles are already listed in the main album entry as bonus tracks, and there are now 3 ratings which do not belong to this single. So what do you think? I also checked other entries made by aroid, and luckily there are only 2 more, which seem to be OK.

About Pablo el Enterrador and what is cited on PA as it's
last album. I have this CD, and it is quoted as a solo work by José
Maria Blanc, entitled "La herencia de Pablo". There is no mention on
the inner part of the CD that it’s author is Pablo el Enterrador. And I don't
think it's possible to make this interpretation. Even though José Maria Blanc is a permanent member of Pablo
el Enterrador, and that another important former member of the group is also
participating on one of the nine tracks - Marcelo Sali on drums -, that's the
closest it gets from Pablo el Enterrador. Well, in this case, if you agree with my suggestion, it will
be necessary to make this album transition from a Pablo el Enterrador album to
a solo album of José Maria Blanc. In that case, I hope I can already provide
below the informations necessary to create this window. José Maria Blanc is until now a crucial and permanent member
of Pablo el Enterrador, whose first album is a classic on Argentina’s symphonic
prog. He lives on Rosario, where he is a member of another prog rock band
called La Barca, with three releases, since its beginning. Some of the
musicians that participated on La Herencia de Pablo also colaborated on La
Barca. There are also some few mistakes about the musicians, that I
corrected: Line-up / Musicians - José Maria Blanc / lead vocals, keyboards - Jorge Urquilla / keyboards - Pablo López / guitar and acoustic guitar With: - Iván Louro / drums - Ariel Martín / Bass - Pepe Moscuen / bass (1,2) - Marcelo Sali / drums (2) - Sergio Schegtel / drums (2) Releases information Composed by José Maria Blanc, and arranjed by José Maria Blanc,
Jorge Urquilla and Pablo López A photo of José Maria Blanc: It’s on the link: Or: josé maria blanc - Google Search I suppose you already have the image of the cover. |

Hi, I updated the album page, and tried to make clear it is a solo work: https://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=74134 We sometimes do this when one member of a band is doing only 1 or 2 solo albums, instead of creating a separate page for a "new" artist. But I you don't agree, I will understand. Then I would contact my teammates and ask them if we should create a new artist entry for José Maria Blanc. It's easy to update an album page, not so easy to add an artist. Just for you to know. So tell me what you think... and THANKS for your efforts. |

Unlike some PA members, we never do this.
"Teammates" can't help, because technically we can, but we do it only by Genre Teams approval. In general, to create a new artist entry, the whole "Suggest new artist" procedure is necessary. |

I've found only one band, GOLLIUM / HADEA, meeting "my" criterion. Because it's a kind of policy, formally we have to contact Admins (instead of throwing the subject in the collaborators' den, as I thought earlier). But actually there are only about 10-15 bands on PA who changed their names. I'm not sure we need to disturb "the High Court". Edited by NotAProghead - February 06 2023 at 20:09 |

^ Sorry, Julien, I missed your list.
I looked at the lists of bands under A, B, C etc. without counting each band. If so, makes sense to contact Admins.

Couldn't we just ask admins to remove the three ratings, since they presumably related to the album that was previously incorrectly assigned to the band under this album ID, and which didn't belong on PA in the first place? I really think that all the singles should have their own page in the band's discography, since as well as being included as bonus tracks on later CD reissues of the main album, they were also released individually back in the early seventies as vinyl 45" singles.

^ Entry no. 66904 is already on death row. Sorry, it's because of me. But I feel if you or someone wants to add the singles, ALL of them should be added, not just a random one.
In any case, here is a backup for the Sunday Morning Leaving single :

^ I doubt there would be many volunteers because it takes time to sort them out - one of them dated on Discogs as a 1971 release, but the single's label reads 1970, I don't know whether 1974 single was recorded by the same line-up etc.

I agree, all of the singles should be added, and once admins have killed the existing one and its 3 inappropriate ratings, then I'll more than likely do it. The music was actually pretty decent for its time, and the band deserved to be a lot better known than it was - and indeed still is. If you are interested, the full album including all bonus tracks can be heard here.

Next two:
No timings or musicians on this one, so: 1. A Matter Of Time (12:31) 2. Out Of The Woods (15:25) 3. Girl, Swimming (6:51) 4. Into The Wild (6:36) 5. Visions Of Arcadia (The Final Protest) (9:24) Total time 50:47 - Roel Van Camp / accordion - Simon Lenski / cello - Han Stubbe / clarinet - Hannes d'Hoine / double bass CD Radical Duke Entertainment – RD 013 LTD (2010, Belgium) (The CD in its carton inner sleeve is laid inside a wooden box together with 7 insert cards; a paper ribbon is wrapped around the box). CD Le Son Du Maquis – LM 54206 (2011, France) Recorded at the Stable, November 1st and 2nd, 2009 Mixed at Datcha Studio, Antwerp Same again, just a tracklist for the single CD edition, with no timings and no musicians. There was also a 2CD deluxe edition digipak with two bonus tracks, and a limited edition featuring the deluxe digipak, a DVD and two LPs. The track titles were a nightmare for AFTv1.3 to handle with the Japanese characters they contain: These are the track titles of the main CD as listed on the Wikipedia page, with all the English titles written first. Our page currently mixes the English and Japanese leading names for the track titles, as does discogs. 1. Kyōkotsu no Nari (Interlude) (狂骨の鳴り; Cries of Kyōkotsu) (1:58) 2. The Blossoming Beelzebub (7:35) 3. Different Sense (5:03) 4. Amon (4:03) 5. 'Yokusō ni Dreambox' Aruiwa Seijuku no Rinen to Tsumetai Ame (「欲巣にDREAMBOX」あるいは成熟の理念と冷たい雨; DREAMBOX in a Covetous Nest, or the Idea of Maturity and Cold Rain) (4:49) 6. Jūyoku (獣慾; Carnal Desire) (3:28) 7. Sh*tataru Mōrō (滴る朦朧; Trickling Obscurity) (4:02) 8. Lotus (4:03) 9. Diabolos (9:51) 10. Akatsuki (暁; Dawn) (3:33) 11. Decayed Crow (3:48) 12. Hageshisa to, Kono Mune no Naka de Karamitsuita Shakunetsu no Yami (激しさと、この胸の中で絡み付いた灼熱の闇; The Violence and the Darkness of the Burning Heat Entwines In My Heart) (4:03) 13. Vanitas (Emptiness) (5:27) 14. Ruten no Tō (流転の塔; Tower of Vicissitudes) (4:27) Wikipedia gives the total length as 67:31, but PA's AFT utility calculates it as Total time 66:10 CD2 of the deluxe digipak is as follows (from Wikipedia): 1. Rasetsukoku (羅刹国; Rakshasa Country) (4:41) 2. Amon (Symphonic Ver.) (5:02) 3. Ruten no Tō (Unplugged Ver.) (流転の塔 (Unplugged Ver.)) (4:56) 4. Diabolos (Demo 2010, Short Ver.) (5:01) 5. Akatsuki (Demo 2010) (暁 (Demo2010)) (3:29) 6. The Blossoming Beelzebub (Remix) (Remixed by Kaoru) (6:24) 7. 'Yokusō ni Dreambox' Aruiwa Seijuku no Rinen to Tsumetai Ame (Remix) (「欲巣にDREAMBOX」あるいは成熟の理念と冷たい雨 (Remix), remixed by Toshiya) (5:19) 8. Sh*tataru Mōrō (Remix) (滴る朦朧 (Remix), remixed by Shinya, Mix Master Mike) (4:02) 9. Akatsuki (Remix) (暁 (Remix), remixed by Die) (4:23) 10. Decayed Crow (Remix) (Remixed by Kyo) (3:40) Again a wide discrepancy for total time, Wikipedia says 49:95, AFTv1.3 says Total time 46:57 - 京 (西村 宏則, Nishimura Hironori, aka Kyo) / vocals - 薫 (新倉 薫, Niikura Kaoru) / guitar - 堕威 (安東 大, Andou Dai, aka Die) / guitar - 深夜 (寺地 晋也, Terachi Shinya) / drums - 敏弥 (原 敏政, Hara Toshimasa, aka Toshiya) / bass There are 8 release versions on both discogs and Wikipedia. Edit: ^ The auto-censor has kicked the sh*t out of track 7 of the main CD, and track 8 of the deluxe digipak 2nd CD lol! I don't know if you can overcome this shortcoming of the forum with the main site text editing utilities. Our current page for the album has complete sh*t in the text for track 7 of the main CD, but the album might have been added back in the days before the auto-censor was turned on. Edit 2: The above track tiles taken from Wikipedia include several ō characters and a ū character (track 6 of the main CD). We currently have these characters written on the album page as ou and uu respectively, as does discogs and several other sites. I don't know which is the more accurate transcription from the Japanese words though. The Wikipedia Japanese Help page says: "The notation "ou" or "oo" is sometimes used for a long "ō", following kana spelling practices", if that's any help! Last two for tonight:
1. Leçon De Ténèbres (3:32) 2. Chanting (6:22) 3. Into Bottomless Perdition (7:07) 4. Deploration (5:41) 5. Infernal Beauty (5:13) 6. Lucifer (10:05) 7. Eclipse (8:11) 8. The Reign Of Chaos And Old Night (5:01) 9. The Emperor (5:29) Total time 56:41 - Alexandre Iskandar Hasnaoui / vocals, electric violin, keyboards, synths - Renaud Tschirner / vocals, electric violin, keyboards, synths - Eve Gabrielle Siskind / soprano vocals CD Holy Records - HOLY08CD (1994, Europe) Recorded and mixed at Melody Studio, Dreux, September '94. Note: Catalog number HOLY 08 CD appears on spines, HOLY08CD on disc face, HOLY08 on booklet. 1. En Avant Toute (6:06) 2. L'onde (3:50) 3. Planète Terre (7:53) 4. La Vie (3:58) 5. A Mon Lac (5:49) 6. Les Niveaux (3:16) 7. Extrait De Conscience (4:12) 8. Laissez-moi (11:06) Total time 46:10 - Serge Tremblay / vocals, synthesizer, organ - Robin Gaudreault / bass (4 & 8-string, fretless), synthesizer - Marco Paradis / electric guitar, acoustic guitar, vocals (5) - François Potvin / drums CD, Reissue, Remastered (originally released as the album "R" in 2002) Unicorn Digital - UNCR-5065 (2009, Canada). "Indeed the album "AIR" (R) launched in 2002 comes back to us under the name "ÈRE"(R) in 2009 but this time under the UNICORN DIGITAL label". Edit: The times are missing from the 2002 album "R" as well, but presumably will be the same as for this reissue. However, discogs doesn't even list the 2002 album in the discography (though the band's own website does). It has no ratings or reviews, so maybe it could just be deleted and referred to in a note in the releases info of the 2009 album? I don't know, but both albums are essentially the same thing - there wasn't any fresh re-recording of the tracks as far as I can tell - just a remixing and remastering of them. Edit 2: Julien might want to check all the albums added by toroddfuglesteg. Both of these were his additions, and just like aroid with the two albums last night, he doesn't seem to have made a very thorough job of them, despite having once being a member of the symphonic team if I recall correctly.

https://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=36297 - done, no censorship or special character problems, releases information updated https://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=29793 - done, cover art updated, looks like a duplicate of https://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=21803 so I guess we should delete 21803 and combine both releases under 29793, right? On the other hand, it may confuse people wanting to buy the CD if we only list "R"... because "R" is nowhere to be found, as "Ère" exists online. About toroddfuglesteg's additions, there are 163 of them. I looked at them and they are passable. Informations are present, but formatting is awful. I can fix that easily with my tools. But there are 16 entries (major releases, singles and live) with NO line-up information. maybe we can add them to the list? https://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=31759 https://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=32135 https://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=31887 https://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=33739 https://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=33740 https://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=35622 https://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=30220 https://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=31410 https://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=30351 https://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=35387 https://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=35347 https://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=35349 https://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=35351 https://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=31102 https://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=33465 https://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=32583 |

"Ère" is really just "R" in different clothes, after being given a bit of window dressing - and I suppose a fresh identity. The original album will probably still exist somewhere though (in peoples' homes or perhaps a store somewhere specializing in obscure CDs, LPs etc), so I suppose if PA sticks to its intention of being "your ultimate prog resource" then we need to leave it in the discography - especially since it is still on the Direction official website, complete with audio samples. Eugene's thoughts on this would be useful to determine which is the best way to go with it.
Yes, if they have no line-up information then they need looking at. It's not quite as bad as having - Name / guitars etc in that field, but if we can find the line-ups for these albums then they should definitely be added while we have this list available. I guess there will be countless more albums too, that have been added to the site by other users, with just a blank field - or in some cases not even the heading - where the line-up / musicians info should be.

I believe this next one from the list has been added in error.
It contains selections of music from the Manhattan Baby film score composed by others as well as Fabio Frizzi, and thus is a film score compilation album, and doesn't really belong on the site. There is an album which features purely music by Fabio which was used in the film here: and I think this album could be added instead to the Fabio Frizzi page. In which case.... 1. Baby Sequenza 1 (4:45) 2. Baby Sequenza 2 (2:42) 3. Baby Sequenza 3 (4:56) 4. Baby Sequenza 4 (3:56) 5. Baby Sequenza 5 (1:39) 6. Baby Sequenza 6 (1:47) 7. Baby Sequenza 7 (2:33) 8. Baby Sequenza 8 (1:56) 9. Baby Sequenza 9 (2:50) 10. Baby Sequenza 10 (2:38) 11. Baby Sequenza 11 (1:04) 12. Baby Sequenza 5 (1:45) Total time 32:31 I can't help with the Line-up / musicians info though, other than that it was composed and played by Fabio Frizzi and his "Orchestra Dell'Orso", so I'm afraid we would probably just have to write something like this: - Fabio Frizzi / score (or composer) With: - Giacomo Dell'Orso / orchestrated by (or conductor) - Orchestra Dell'Orso / all instruments The alternative would be to say that the line-up information is not available at this time. CD Reissue Beat Records Company - CDCR 112 (2011, Italy) Vinyl LP Reissue Sub Ost - SUBOST 001 (2016, Italy) Note: The original issues of the Manhattan Baby soundtrack LP by Beat Records Company in 1982 (LPF 061, with red and green sleeves) contained music by Fabio Frizzi on side A only, with side B comprised of music by other artists, and from several different Lucio Fulci movies as follows: B1 and B2 taken from the movie "L'aldila" B3 taken from the movie "Quella Villa Accanto Al Cimitero" B4 and B5 taken from the movie "Lo Squartatore Di New York" B6 taken from the movie "Una Tomba Aperta...Una Bara Vuota" E&O Team: Thanks, David. I see the 3rd possible option - give track lists of both (1982 and 2011) releases. The album was added by Greg (Logan). I'll PM him and ask his opinion. E&O Team UPD: by Greg's advice listed both 1982 and 2011/2016 releases (the complete OST). Sorting it out was not worse than watching these horror movies. And when at last the work is done
