MetaHuman?
Waking up, to become metahuman, is to expand our consciousness in all that we think, say, and do. expand our consciousness in all that we think, say, and do. Or In DC Comics' DC Universe, a metahuman is a human with superpowers. The term is roughly synonymous with both mutant and mutate in the Marvel Universe and posthuman in the Wildstorm and Ultimate Marvel Universes.

Just a thought for this Sunday morning.
Unity consciousness manifests as the sense of oneness, compassion, love, and respect, both for human beings and for nature.

You Can Only Fear What You Don’t Understand:
People fear what they don't understand because of a chance to get hurt. People fear being vulnerable and choose comfort instead. Fear is also born from lack of knowledge and being too ignorant. The key to overcome fear of not understanding is to have an open mind.
Beyond Hope and Fear:
rather than inspiring and motivating us, hope has become a burden made heavy by its companion, fear of failing. so we have to abandon hope, all of us, and learn how to find the place “beyond hope and fear.” this is a familiar concept in buddhism, yet little known in western thinking.
Can a moral man, that's me, maintain his moral code in an immoral world:
Immorality is evil, sinful, or otherwise wrong behavior. Immorality is often called wickedness and is a state avoided by good people. Since morality refers to things that are right, immorality has to do with things that are wrong — like stealing, lying, and murdering.
Thanatophobia:
Medical professionals link anxiety around death to a range of mental health conditions, including depressive disorders, PTSD, and anxiety disorders.

Having a philosophical discussion with myself this morning…

Lingua Ignota:
Kristin Hayter (born June 17, 1986), known professionally as Lingua Ignota (Latin for "unknown language"), is an American classically trained multi-instrumentalist. She draws on her experiences as a survivor of domestic violence for musical and lyrical inspiration, and describes her music as "survivor anthems".
CALIGULA
CALIGULA”, the new album from LINGUA IGNOTA set for release on July 19th on CD/2xLP/Digital through Profound Lore Records, takes the vision of Kristin Hayter’s vessel to a new level of grandeur, her purging and vengeful audial vision going beyond anything preceding it and reaching a new unparalleled sonic plane within her oeuvre.   Succeeding her self-released 2017 “All Bitches Die” opus (re-released by Profound Lore Records in 2018), “CALIGULA” sees Hayter design her most ambitious work to date, displaying the full force of her talent as a vocalist, composer, and storyteller. Vast in scope and multivalent in its influences, with delivery nothing short of demonic, “CALIGULA” is an outsider’s opera; magnificent, hideous, and raw. Eschewing and disavowing genre altogether, Hayter builds her own world. Here she fully embodies the moniker Lingua Ignota, from the German mystic Hildegard of Bingen, meaning “unknown language” — this music has no home, any precedent or comparison could only be uneasily given, and there is nothing else like it in our contemporary realm.   LINGUA IGNOTA has always taken a radical, unflinching approach to themes of violence and vengeance, and “CALIGULA” builds on the transformation of the survivor at the core of this narrative. “CALIGULA” embraces the darkness that closes in, sharpens itself with the cruelty it has been subjected to, betrays as it has been betrayed. It is wrath unleashed, scathing, a caustic blood-letting: “Let them hate me so long as they fear me,” Hayter snarls in a voice that ricochets from chilling raw power to agonizing vulnerability. Whilst “CALIGULA” is unapologetically personal and critically self-aware, there are broader themes explored; the decadence, corruption, depravity and senseless violence of emperor Caligula is well documented and yet still permeates today. Brimming with references and sly jabs, Hayter’s sardonic commentary on abuse of power and invalidation is deftly woven.   Working closely with Seth Manchester at Machines With Magnets studio in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, Hayter strips away much of the industrial and electronic elements of her previous work, approaching instead the corporeal intensity and intimate menace of her notorious live performances, achieved with unconventional recording techniques and sound sources, as well as a full arsenal of live instrumentation and collaborators including harsh noise master Sam McKinlay (THE RITA), visceral drummer Lee Buford (The Body) and frenetic percussionist Ted Byrnes (Cackle Car, Wood & Metal), with guest vocals from Dylan Walker (Full of Hell), Mike Berdan (Uniform), and Noraa Kaplan (Visibilities). “CALIGULA” is a massive work, a multi-layered epic that gives voice and space to that which has been silenced and cut out.

Ah oh it’s Monday morning and I am having my first coffee of the day. Just been on Bandcamp searching for new music to add to my collection, found a couple of interesting ones. But before recommending any of them. I need another listen to them. No plans in place for me today so it’ll probably be a craziest or most boring day of the week lol. I’ve just had an idea of listening to various iconic 70’s progressive bands on vinyl only. Now that’s a cunningly cool idea, if there ever was one. Mmm which album will be the first one. I could add some of the neo-prog bands as well. Oh boy oh boy this could possibly be the perfect solution and probably the most effective solution to add some extra magical elements to the day!!!! I’m surely am getting excited just thinking about it who knows what my state of being will be, once. I’m listening to the music…

Firstly sadly I didn’t get to listen to any music at all yesterday argh! But an its Tuesday morning and. I’m feeling fine…

Muse:
Muse are an English rock band from Teignmouth, Devon, formed in 1994. The band consists of Matt Bellamy (lead vocals, guitar, keyboards), Chris Wolstenholme (bass guitar, backing vocals), and Dominic Howard (drums). Muse released their debut album, Showbiz, in 1999, showcasing Bellamy's falsetto and a melancholic alternative rock style. Their second album, Origin of Symmetry (2001), incorporated wider instrumentation and romantic classical influences and earned them a reputation for energetic live performances.[1] Absolution (2003) saw further classical influence, with strings on tracks such as "Butterflies and Hurricanes", and was the first of seven consecutive UK number-one albums. Black Holes and Revelations (2006) incorporated electronic and pop elements, displayed in singles such as "Supermassive Black Hole",[1] and brought Muse wider international success. The Resistance (2009) and The 2nd Law (2012) explored themes of government oppression and civil uprising and cemented Muse as one of the world's major stadium acts. Rolling Stone stated the band possessed "stadium-crushing songs".[2] Topping the US Billboard 200, their seventh album, Drones (2015), was a concept album about drone warfare and returned to a harder rock sound. Their eighth album, Simulation Theory (2018), prominently featured synthesisers and was influenced by science fiction and the simulation hypothesis. Their ninth album, Will of the People (2022), which combined many genres and themes from their previous albums, was released in August 2022. Muse have won numerous awards, including two Grammy Awards, two Brit Awards, five MTV Europe Music Awards and eight NME Awards. In 2012 they received the Ivor Novello Award for International Achievement from the British Academy of Songwriters, Composers and Authors. As of June 2016, they have sold over 30 million albums worldwide.

Radiohead:
Radiohead are an English rock band formed in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, in 1985. The band consists of Thom Yorke (vocals, guitar, piano, keyboards); brothers Jonny Greenwood (lead guitar, keyboards, other instruments) and Colin Greenwood (bass); Ed O'Brien (guitar, backing vocals); and Philip Selway (drums, percussion). They have worked with the producer Nigel Godrich and the cover artist Stanley Donwood since 1994. Radiohead's experimental approach is credited with advancing the sound of alternative rock.Radiohead signed to EMI in 1991 and released their debut album, Pablo Honey, in 1993; their debut single, "Creep", became a worldwide hit. Radiohead's popularity and critical standing rose with the release of The Bends in 1995. Radiohead's third album, OK Computer (1997), brought them international fame; noted for its complex production and themes of modern alienation, it is acclaimed as a landmark record and one of the best albums in popular music.

Radiohead's fourth album, Kid A (2000), marked a dramatic change in style, incorporating influences from electronic music, jazz, classical music and krautrock. Though Kid A divided listeners, it later attracted wide acclaim. It was followed by Amnesiac (2001), recorded in the same sessions. Hail to the Thief (2003), with lyrics addressing the War on Terror, blended the band's rock and electronic sides, and was Radiohead's final album for EMI.

Radiohead self-released their seventh album, In Rainbows (2007), as a download for which customers could set their own price, to critical and chart success. Their eighth album, The King of Limbs (2011), an exploration of rhythm, was developed using extensive looping and sampling. A Moon Shaped Pool (2016) prominently featured Jonny Greenwood's orchestral arrangements. Yorke, Jonny Greenwood, Selway, and O'Brien have released solo albums; in 2021, Yorke and Jonny Greenwood debuted a new band, the Smile.

By 2011, Radiohead had sold more than 30 million albums worldwide. Their awards include six Grammy Awards and four Ivor Novello Awards, and they hold five Mercury Prize nominations, the most of any act. Seven Radiohead singles have reached the top 10 on the UK Singles Chart: "Creep" (1992), "Street Spirit (Fade Out)" (1996), "Paranoid Android" (1997), "Karma Police" (1997), "No Surprises" (1998), "Pyramid Song" (2001), and "There There" (2003). "Creep" and "Nude" (2008) reached the top 40 on the US Billboard Hot 100. Rolling Stone named Radiohead one of the 100 greatest artists of all time, and Rolling Stone readers voted them the second-best artist of the 2000s. Five Radiohead albums have been included in Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time lists. Radiohead were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2019.

Trying to coax myself into a enriched state of consciousness, but there’s a innermost void is having an dispassionate conservative, nervousness about what is happening goading me into thinking that people should be treated unfairly by society as a whole rather than by the minority as is the case nowadays. The only thing that makes sense is that the majority who are in a position to change the situation don’t want to have their power hold taken away from their self’s. Sometimes I wish that I personally didn’t. Care so much about the effects of the issues surrounding me…

A little bit of lightheartedness now it’s Wednesday morning and I’m having mine first coffee of the day and the above topic is buzzing around my brain. Mmm I’m a complex character for sure lol…

sleepmakeswaves:
sleepmakeswaves are an Australian post-rock band who formed in Sydney in December 2006. The group is currently composed of guitarist Otto Wicks-Green, drummer Tim Adderley, and bassist/keyboardist Alex Wilson. To date, they have released four full-length studio albums. The band have achieved notable success internationally for their energetic live performances and modern approach to the post-rock genre. They are currently released through Australian independent record label Bird's Robe Records, which is distributed through MGM in Australia and independently worldwide. In 2013, UK label Monotreme Records licensed their debut album for an international release across the UK, Europe, and North America.
Cog:
Cog are an Australian progressive rock band that formed in 1998. Their debut album, The New Normal, was nominated for Triple J's 2005 J Award. The band's music is influenced by Tool,[1] Isis,[1] Nina Simone,[2] Bob Marley,[1] Leftfield,[2] Deftones and Helmet.
Rishloo:
RISHLOO first came on the scene in the year 2002 in Seattle, Washington, USA. The band's formation occurred between guitarist Dave Gillett, bassist Sean Rydquist, and the band's first drummer, merely credited as 'Tyler'. Vocalist and lead songwriter Drew Mailloux was the last initial member to join. Taking influence from such such classic greats as The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin and David Bowie, the band always strives to go somewhere new with each successive album release. Traces of all of those influences and more can certainly be heard peppered throughout.   Often compared to modern, popular prog acts such as Dredg, The Mars Volta and Tool, Rishloo quickly obtained a following among the indie music crowd, but soon gained momentum in the prog circuit with their self-released 2004 debut, "Terras Fames". Its atmospheric soundscapes married with modern-day guitar licks and familiar themes earned the four men a dedicated fanbase that would play a huge role in the band's rapid popularity growth over the next few years.   The band's second release, "Eidolon", took much more risks than its predecessor, and began to branch out the band's sound significantly. Gone were the immediately apparent similarities to their fellows, and much more present was a strong sense of originality and flare that would remain with the band and continue to strengthen their reputation as a stand-alone progressive rock back. This time the album not only sounded like modern-day prog, but took blues and jazz influences as well, allowing the variety of their muses to truly shine through. The album was a success, despite it also being self-released by the band members themselves, just like the first. In December 2009, the band's third studio album, "Feathergun", was released to much positive fan and critic reaction.
Sianvar:
Sianvar (pronounced: sea-en-var) was an American progressive rock band from Sacramento, California, formed in 2013. The group currently consists of lead vocalist Donovan Melero, guitarists Will Swan and Sergio Medina, and drummer Joseph Arrington. The band is signed to Swan's independent record label Blue Swan Records. They released their debut self-titled EP on January 5, 2014 and their debut full-length studio album, Stay Lost, in August 2016. The band announced an indefinite hiatus on April 8, 2019.
