I agree Discipline is not neo-prog. I dare say Sanguine Hum are not neo-prog either. They're hard to classify, that what makes them interesting.

The Psychedelic Ensemble - you're probably right, they didn't do much for me though. Frost maybe neo on their debut, but not afterwards IMO.
