Right now I’m really, really, really getting myself into an outrageous situation where. I’m actually really having a mental brain cells breakdown because. I’ve over stepped myself into a situation that. I’ve no control of so may anxiety as of now is through the roof and. I’ve already taken a dose of my happiness medicine which. I’m hoping that it will calm me down enough to get myself back to normal state of mind. The meds are starting to help as. I’m getting tired which is a symptom of the meds. So I’ll likely be asleep in a few minutes. So see yous later.

It’s Saturday November the fifth at 07:20am and. I’m drinking my first cup of coffee of the day. I also have had a goodnights sleep since. I don’t know when but no music which isn’t really good. But it is something that is easily accessible to me later. As the wife is going on a trip with her sister so skies the limit. Think it’s going to be a heating on for it’s freezing cold today at the moment. I’m wrapped up in a warm blanket. My literature reading material is open for discussion aside from having an issue with choosing which book to actually read. There’s way too many options, which for someone like me that’s not good at all as it’s just too many choices and I’ve literally unable to choose one out of several choices. I have been listening to some of the incredible Dutch rock bands that. I’ve liked for years but haven’t listened to them in ages theses being DeWolfe, Dawn Brothers, My Baby, The Grand East & De Staat on Spotify, YouTube & Bandcamp and. I had forgotten how truly incredible the music was oh there not Progressive which is strange because. I am more of a progressive rock fan. Within my music opinions. With a liberal sprinkling of Jazz, Blues, Classical and Jambands lol. I am going to need a music playlist soon so. I’m off to do that.

I just don’t believe it. IBS is still out of control. It is starting to get me down because of. I’m like a prisoner in my own home. Ouch! It sure sucks when you’re not able to do the things you’d normally expect to be doing. Don’t even have an appetite. As it just adds to the issue but being a diabetic. I have to eat something to keep my blood glucose level up. Argh! Bloody health issues are real pain in the ass. Excuse the pun.

Well I guess I should be happier with the amount of. Sleep that. I had last night it was better then. I expected to have so that’s a result. Still awake at stupid o’clock though lol. And. I haven’t had a coffee fix yet well that’s usual for me lol. I’m going to put that right as soon as possible because coffee solves everything and. I’ve plenty to solve out. But another important factor is that there’s no music also eeks. Must’ve been slightly still sleeping and not awake lol. Finally when. I’ve finished writing this post. I’ll be putting both of these right. So I’m off for now.

Ahhhh! Peacefulness in the ears in my blues mode it seems. I’m not sure what the next album will be. Still this album is 60+ minutes long so plenty of time to think about that before. I have to make the decision.
