I'd like to tell that I've made more changes in my list, so it's more like the way I would classify today.

The record store has declined significantly in the UK too, over the years, although there is certainly now a resurgence in Vinyl and the ensuing collector's fairs. Some towns and cities have seen independent record stores opening up selling second hand vinyl, along with Hifi equipment to make ends meet, although the chances of coming across some quality prog would be very hit and miss and it isn't cheap! Concerning concerts, we are indeed very well blessed; I don't think we'll realise quite to what extent, until it we lose it... TPA does a very good gig guide, which you can see here: |

The Beatles are in amongst my Psychedelic Rock CD's at home, mainly because I don't have a separate CD rack for Bubble Gum Girly Pop Music - at least not yet anyway.

^ I already have four CD's by The Crystals, The Honeys, The Shangri-Las & The Shirelles, as well as two Bubble Gum Girly Pop compilations, so at least that's a start.

Can you ever stop with the Beatles mockery and hatred? It stopped being funny long ago, now it's just annoying. Every single time someone mentions The Beatles, you do the same thing and it got old really fast. So you can stop now, everybody knows how much you hate the Beatles.

^^ You know, I'm reading the above set of posts and I because people have been 'fixing' things for each other, I genuinely can't work out who doesn't like the Beatles.. Jose, Paul and David??
And, to whoever it is who doesn't like them... that's fine. I don't like Ayreon...

I Love The Beatles and I have four of their albums on CD:- LOVE; Abbey Road; Revolver: & The Beatles 1967-1970. I wouldn't describe The Beatles as "Bubble Gum Girly Pop", but then again, I wouldn't describe them as Psychedelic Rock either, even though they're in my Psychedelic Rock CD rack.

So your mockery and hatred of the Beatles is the only funny thing around here? I didn't know you were also arrogant.

Yes, even by my eclectic standards, that's a pretty mixed bag of albums, and it's only going to get more bizarre as it goes on.
