Well it’s another sunny day. I’ve got a busy schedule this morning with household duties and collecting the prescriptions than I’ve a meal to cook! June’s still feeling sore and sick. Oh this limited no “Tea/Coffee” isn’t as bad as I’d first thought. I’ve never drunk so much water in my life lol. Ok that’s it for now bye…

Wishing June a speedy recovery. Tell her to keep hydrated; at least 1 litre of water a day, and try to give her as much fresh fruit, salads & veg as you can. Also, keep her as mobile as she is able, to prevent pressure sores. The music, along with happier days, will return...
