Returning to Cristi's Krautrock/Jazz Rock debate (and why not) these are ten German Jazz Rock bands I know of who I'd also consider to be Krautrock:-

Bakmak
Brainstorm
Dennis
Embryo
Kraan
Missus Beastly
Out of Focus
Panama Red
Passport
Tomorrow's Gift

...And these are ten well-known German bands I definitely would NOT Accept as Krautrock under any circumstances. Smile

Accept
Alphaville
Blind Guardian
Boney M
Enigma
Helloween
Milli Vanilli
Modern Talking
Rammstein
Scorpions

Missus Beastly and Passport are JRF exclusively if you ask me, or you care about PA label of bands (which you've never done).

Second list is just you trolling, thank you Captain Obvious.

^ Living up to my newly-acquired sobriquet of Captain Obvious, I suggest that many bands can't conveniently be pigeon-holed into just one genre. Take the uniqueness of Porcupine Tree's music for instance, who have variously been described as Neo Prog, Heavy Prog, Psychedelic/Space Rock or Progressive Metal, or in Steven Wilson's own words, it's simply Porcupine Tree music. Smile

It's not the case here. Passport is a jazz-rock fusion band, not Krautrock. Same with Missus Beastly. Have you even listened to these two bands? I don't think so. Otherwise you would not be arguing again.

I'll get back to you when I've actually listened to those two bands. Wink

Who's arguing? I listened to both bands a long long time ago, back in the days when I ran my own music site, so I need to refresh my memory. Embarrassed

It's not offence here, it's all the nonsense and drama you particularly create and its consequences.

Sounds like you may have been sniffing something.

I actually got the idea from my dog. If dogs had an internet (and metaphorically they might), they would have built the sense of smell into it.

^^^^ Okay, enough stuff and nonsense for now, it's back to some form of sense and sensibility with the third album from Kraan. Smile
