that's my favourite of  Ash Ra Tempel  Tongue

In the spirit of Friendship, I wonder if you've heard Ash Ra Tempel's Year 2000 collaboration with Klaus Schulze? That's their best album in my not so humble opinion. Thumbs Up

Hi,

Nice ... looking to get it.

Makes me wonder why the new version of GONG is afraid to trip out and is stuck on something else. This is sort of like the best close your eyes and get stoned GONG without the lyrics, and with the wonderful keyboards. And it is nice that the guitarist doesn't over do it and shows a style that is very different from the rock'n'roll minded folks depending on a chord/clue to come back to it.
Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!

Where were you 15 years ago with these lists? Man I would have been pouring over these and then on a search mission to find them. Those days are gone for me I'm quite happy with my collection but you are providing a great service here.
Some of my absolute fav Space Rock albums coming up for review from yours truly are from Pyramidal, Monkey3, Monomyth, Amplifier, First Band From Outerspace, Sun Dial, Agusa, Papir/Electric Moon, Seven That Spells, Space Debris, Saturnia and Mars Red Sky.

Thanks for your kind comments and for your list of fave Space Rock bands. I was still listening to Hawkwind 15 years ago, believing they were the only Space Rock band in existence. I've travelled a long way since then exploring the outer limits of Space Rock, but I'll Never Reach the Stars. Smile
