Have you ever heard about music that helps cure migraine symptoms? Do you have such playlist?

Perhaps 4'33" Tongue

No, I know how to behave in the restaurant now, I don't tear at the meat with my hands. If I've become a man of the world somehow, that's not necessarily to say I'm a worldly man.

I generally use Youtube for such things, first. I don't have migraine, and suffer from headache as rare as hen's teeth. My Youtube search brought this result first. Perhaps you can try it.

I'm guessing your not going to find that within the avant or extreme metal sections of this site.  My best bet would be Snow Goose from Camel, as that generally relaxes me to a point of falling asleep.

It surely must be easier to find migraine-provoking music!

Thanks folks! I'm suffering from migraines too often and thought maybe someone tried such way of relief I've recently read about. Tried some random YouTube recommendations, but didn't feel any result. So was curious if anyone had.

I also suffer from migraines but I never even heard about such music. Unfortunately, when I have an attack, nothing helps me, that's why I try to avoid triggers. I also follow Canada Drugs recommendations about diet to avoid migraine strokes. I don't think some music could help when you already have it.

You're not looking for music. You're looking for sound frequency healing.

Everything has an energetic frequency and all healing can occur through this principle.

Raymond Royal Rife figured this out 100 years ago but the US government put him out of biz.

There is some music that is created for various healing sessions.

We have this place here in the SF Bay Area.

I'm sure you can find something comparable online.

^Funny, I was just about to suggest a white/pink noise machine played at low levels with a soft orange or blue light. I personally don't suffer from migraines. Truth be told, I rarely even get headaches. I did have on Thursday, but I attributed that to a weather front that moved in and dumped 6" of snow on us over 7 hrs.

I do recall back in high school doing a project on biofeedback. Popular at the time (mid 70's). I actually learned to control my body in a very particular way in that I was able control heart rate, breathing, blood pressure and eventually I was able to stop a headache within a few minutes.

I do realize of course that headaches and migraines are two very different birds.
Having a migraine my preclude the ability to provide the concentration necessary to stop it.
A bit of a catch 22.

Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive
Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect.
