I have a feeling "Remain In Light" will steal this one. But let's see

I do have a love for "More Songs..." but I've gone for Remain in Light.

Speaking In Tongies, ahead of Remain In Light

The rest of the studio is far behind, IMHO

However Stop Making Sense is awesome.

Check out this cool video about Remain in Light:

I went with Fear of Music. Remain in Light is a great album, no doubt about that, but I always felt Fear of Music has a little more intensity and is more accomplished. There are some really interesting songs on it, with a sort of paranoid and claustrophobic feel to them.

Road to Nowhere beats everything else they did, so I am the sole Little Creatures voter.

This is definitely one of their best 5 songs.

Hi,

Yeah ... the movie was very good, and I think it showed things better. And for once, you did not get the overdone guitar solos and bullcrap solo close ups ... thanks to someone that kinda knew how to shoot a video ... well, all he did was turn the camera on, but still good! (Jonathan Demme, btw! His other documentaries are also very good!)

Surprisingly enough by this time, I was already very heavy into the Germans, French, Italians and many other "imports" to the point that enjoying this band was not one of my "favorites". My girlfriend, though loved them, along with Rickie Lee Jones ... whom I did enjoy until her 5th or 6th album, when she stopped being the way out there musician. And then Kate Bush came out and I forgot Rickie!
Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!

As others I'd vote for Stop Making Sense if it were on offer. As it isn't, it's Remain in Light.

That would be my choice as well (the film, not the soundtrack), but I'll go  for Speaking In Tongues - surprised it gets so few votes, though. After all the movie was done during that SIT tour and six tracks of that album areion the film.

Fear of music. Great album and before David Byrne started trying to be funky. Mr Byrne is many wonderful things, but he sure ain’t funky.

Remain in Light, because sometimes the obvious choice is also the right choice. I'm surprised that '77 hasn't attracted any votes.

From three awkward white RISD graduates via the wokest band on the planet to socially adept but archly conservative rawk in less than 12 years. Byrne is strictly method school madman. Voted for More Songs About Buildings and Food.
