Pescado Rabioso?

Hello everyone. Sorry if this has already been discussed again, but one of the things that surprises me the most about PA is that Pescado Rabioso is not added, being perhaps the most important psychedelic rock band of the 70s in South America. Excluding Artaud (Luis Alberto Spinetta composed it alone with his wife in a few days without any help from the other members of the band) which would be an album more related to prog folk due to its authenticity, sound and simplicity, the other two albums "Desatormentándonos" and "Pescado 2" are wonderful and fundamental progressive pieces that have driven a new trend in progressive rock in Spanish from 1973 onwards. Actually, almost everybody has adapted details from this band for their future compositions. Anyway, I would be grateful if one of those who have taken this decision could explain the rejection to me. I feel that them would be two very well scored albums here (and Artaud is considered the best rock album in Spanish, so surely also in spite of changing the rules). I hope I'm not intruding.
