After 20 solid years, 1992 is the year my collection starts growing a little thin. I could only come up with two, but they are both among the best these artists ever released:

1) E.L.P.: Black Moon
2) Mike Oldfield: Tubular Bells II

Great album, but it's archival, so I don't count it as a 1992 album.

My top Prog list for this year is like Shadowyzard top lists consisting only of three albums:
Landberk (S) - Rigtigt Äkta
Psychotic Waltz (USA) - Into the Everflow
Änglargård (S) - Hybris

Then, not considered as Prog by me, but I think nevetherless worth to mentioning here:
Alice in Chains (USA) - Dirt
Babes in Toyland (USA) - Fontanelle
Garbarek & Khan (N, Pakistan) - Ragas and Sagas
quality over quantity, and all kind of PopcoRn almost beyond
