Looking for any help to further identify this band from an old 7" test pressing I found in collection. Band name "Third Half" with one side "After Life" and other "Time Out". Anyone heard of them or know of any resource for further information. All appreciated. GJC

Never heard of them. The only thing I could find was this release on Discogs:
https://www.discogs.com/release/15405840-Third-Half-Time-Out It seems Emidisc isn't the name of a record label, but the manufacturer of blank master discs. There are over 500 different of these found at Discogs: There isn't any indication of how many of these for any title were made. My guess is that what you have is quite rare (maybe a handful exist or just one??). Unfortunately, no information about the artist. The handwritten dates on some of the other issues suggest this may have been recorded in the late 1960s or early 1970s.

Yes, I feel its late 60's Love to know more about them. I think its also a little to have it cut at 33rpm

Ahhh, now that I see it, and if you think its a 60's thing, then there is a strong possibility that this could be a one off. Lots of fledgling bands cut 'Demos' in this way. then they'd walk it around so DJ's or record execs could hear it. Does it sound particularly live off the floor? It was relatively inexpensive and easy to throw on any turntable. And this was found in the UK?

Yes, UK cut EMI. Pretty basic, Garage, prog, Psych. style - vocal, drums, bass, guitar, organ. "Time Out" is probable the stronger Pretty beaten up!
