MULTIPLE VOTES ALLOWED!

With the recent influx funky, pop psychedelia of the past 15 years, I decided I needed a new sub-genre for my playlists--one that I call "West Coast Canterbury Funk". Above are many of the bands that I've assigned to said "sub-genre." Vote for the ones you like, know, or your favorite. Also, I'd love to hear more suggestions of other bands like these. I'm just loving this renaissance of upbeat, retro "Summer of Love" psychedelic music!

MULTIPLE VOTES ENCOURAGED!

I don't know any of the songs in the poll, but I'm currently Travelling in a fried-out Kombi, On a Hippie trail, Head full of zombie to the psychedelic sounds of Magic Bus. Thumbs Up

For me it's a tie between Innerspeaker and Silent Earthling; both are fantastic albums but they're also different enough to the point where it's hard to say which one I definitively prefer.

I don't know much here, but I like the Magick Brother and Mystic Sister, and the Winstons albums. Might have heard that Ex Canix.
