JS Bach of course. Technically he's not classical though; he's considered baroque. The other Bach is too annoying to me. Did anyone see him in the Rush film beyond the lighted stage. Cool, that he's a fan. I don't really know his music that well but something tells me I'm not missing much.

First two Skid Row albums are really good and his performance was excellent. He also sang on the second Frameshift album. James LaBrie sang on the first one. 

Listen to the three ballads from Slave to the Grind (Quicksand Jesus, Wasted Time and In a Darkened Room), you'll see the guy can really sing.

Johann Sebastian Bach. the greatest composer ever. I start my day with playing one of his preludes and fugues on piano (a different one each morning)
