Just relish in the variations of powers that are imagined by Jack Kirby, Stan Lee, Steve Ditko, and other geniouses of comics.

Dr. Richards of the Fantastic Four. That way, I can remain sitting on the couch watching TV while still being able to make snacks in the kitchen.

Superhuman attributes

As demonstrated in the following examples :

Crica 1995 (age 37)
Several younger members (20's) of the plant I worked at put together a rock climbing event one night.
I love the physical stuff so I said sure, I was clearly the oldest of the bunch.
One of the 'games' we played involved free climbing (no harnesses) a wall that had under cuts and everything. We start at floor level go as far as you can before you fall (mats were everywhere). Maximum wall height was around 15' for this face. I was third or fourth up, I made a few stretch grabs and one slight jump grab to take the lead. My fellow co-workers began to call me Spiderman. I won that event !

Apr. 3 2002 (age 44)
On the way home from work on night, the Mrs. and I stopped in to pick up our mail (post office, no home delivery in the sticks). As I'm getting back into the truck I see a young fellow running like hell through the post office parking lot, seconds later I see another fellow following him. I recognize the second guy as the father of a girl my son went too school with. I told my wife I wanted to investigate because I have first responder training and they might need some help. As I pull out of the parking lot I see the second guy  standing on the sidewalk talking on his cell phone, I assume he's calling for an ambulance or something. I ask him If he needs any help and he tells me "That guy just robbed the Variety Store". So now I go full on superhero. We start patrolling the streets to see if we can locate him, Eventually (10-15 minutes) I see an OPP (Ontario Provincial Police) coming into town. I flag her down, give a description of the suspect and then figure I may as well go home since the cops are on the scene now. The Mrs. suggests we take a back road and not the main street which we do. As I come to an intersection with a 5 point stop, I see a young man walking casually across the street with his jean jacket in his hand. Suddenly he tosses the jacket over the top edge of a yard fence and keeps on walking. I suddenly realize that's the guy. So I pretend to be pulling into a driveway, throw the truck into park blocking the sidewalk just as he gets there, jump out and around the back of the truck as he takes off in the opposite direction. My wife later told me the look on his face was one of sear panic as he looked through the truck and saw me jump out. I chase him for about a block and a half screaming at him to stop and that I'm going to get him. I get within about 3 feet of him and go for a leg sweep. Unfortunately I miss by about 3 inches and end up tripping myself and go down hard on the street. Now I'm pissed. I stand up and what do I see...he's standing about 10 feet away looking at me. Big mistake! I take off chasing him and we run about another 2 blocks before I catch up to him again, this time taking that extra step to get closer before going for the leg sweep again. This time he's down. As I hold him down on the ground from behind I realize he's bigger than me, and younger (half my age as it turned out). I look up the street half expecting to see my wife in the truck, but the street is vacant. Now I realize I may have a problem. All the while I'm engaging him in conversation about what he's suspected of and how, if I'm wrong, I'll apologia. Just then I hear a voice say "Are you ok?. I look up and its a neighbour from across the street who works in the are and saw me chasing him. Now I'm not alone and feeling much better. The police quickly arrive (the Mrs. headed uptown to get them when I began my pursuit, such a smart girl). We all walk back up to where I first encountered him on the street and my neighbor mentions he saw the guy hanging around the pump house of the water tower. Now, being early April there was still snow on the ground and one of the officers sees footprints . She follows them to the edge of the pump house and with her boot brushes away some snow to find the balaclava, gloves, knife and money.  As a result of our efforts, my neighbour, the father of my sons friend and I are all awarded "The Commissioners Accommodation" for our support of law enforcement in protecting the neighborhood. I now gain the nickname Batman with my co-workers.  All in a day's work.

Jack Kirby is in the list of 20 persons of the 21st century that I really admire and respects, work ethic on another level and imagination wilder then most.

Yet, I have a far better character idea for a 19th level wizard, restricted to the D&D 3rd Edition (3.5)

Beguiler 1/ Wizard 3 (generalist, or perhaps conjurer)/ Ultimate Magus 10/ Archmage 5 = 19th level wizard, in total.

Actually I already created such a character for myself, but it would take perhaps more than an hour of mine, if I gave all the details.

I'm good with just being able to get snacks without getting up from the couch.

I don't know what some of these are (Toon Force?) but I'm guessing superhuman attributes could be pretty much anything so I'll go for that.

I guessed he means "tuning-tune" force. Like the guys possess in the stellar movie Dark City.

Summary

Also named Cartoon Physics.

Similar to Reality Warping, only that it is based usually on what's comedic. It is the ability to replace or apply absurd laws to the universe; the user gains the ability to re-write the laws of physics in their universe to their convenience and is allowed to overwrite them with far more ridiculous ones in service of hilarity.

Possible Uses

Breaking the Fourth Wall (Varying from talking to the audience to affecting the "real world")Dimensional Storage (Making things appear out of nowhere)Reality WarpingBody Control (Characters can frequently stretch, bend or otherwise manipulate their bodies in unnatural ways)

Limitations

The users might be incapable of using this ability to kill or permanently harm their opponents. The users might be limited to what counts as "funny".

"Elemental manipulator" sounds good. That will also be the name of my concept album.

Frankly I think the reality of having 'super powers' would become intolerable--  a torturous, never-ending curse where you have to push yourself to the point of death in order to use the powers, and the rest of the time hide and pretend to be someone else forever.   I think I'll pass.

I agree! I wouldn't want to be a "real" wizard in an unfitting setting. The only viable "super power" among the options is telepathy, I think. Telekinesis is also OK, but needs some serious caution. I wouldn't want them in this world too, though.

Energy projection and manipulation sounds very useful!

I was always enamored with Superman's "heat vision."  Sounds like fun.
