Way to bring in the Knight name. Clever!

(Have to admit: I was expecting something Moonlit, if you know what I mean...)

P.S. (What about Brian Mc Knight?)

The first vote for ROXY MUSIC's best album (IMHO).
Romantic Warrior and Argus may be actually better in my opinion too, but Avalon has been personally dearer to me since my early youth.

I feel Gladys may struggle a bit here.

I've gone for Argus.

Fave album with a ke-NIKKET on the front cover?

It's a shame that the Knights Who Say Nee never cut an album.

You forgot to include Sir Tom Jones - a proper knight of the realm!

Hawkwind - Warrior On The Edge Of Time
No, I know how to behave in the restaurant now, I don't tear at the meat with my hands. If I've become a man of the world somehow, that's not necessarily to say I'm a worldly man.

Return to Forever. I have so many memories listening to Romantic Warrior, it's impossible not to vote for it.

I was going to choose Wishbone Ash's album from the Argos catalogue before I'd even looked at the poll options, but then I saw that Roxy Music's Avalon was in the poll too. Smile

The Hawkwind cover looks great in its original gatefold vinyl form, and it connects to the music itself...unlike the stunning Return to Forever artwork.

All worthy choices (even Gladys), but there has to be more albums on this site with a knight on the cover!

Where is the Moonlit Knight??  AngryOuchClown

Argus... if only because it is a superb gatefold and the most important part is barely visible (the spaceship)

let's just stay above the moral melee
prefer the sink to the gutter
keep our sand-castle virtues
content to be a doer
as well as a thinker,
prefer lifting our pen
rather than un-sheath our sword

Argus, though I'm not sure if it is actually a knight on the cover.

I've got more bad news Paul - Argos stopped producing their catalogue a couple of years ago. LOL

The only other one I know of that's prog or prog related is Charge by Paladin, but I think that would get less votes than Gladys Knight.
