The final word in T***p's hold on the religious right...
The Golden Calf statue at which they all need to worship. If there was ever a better metaphor for what a false god he is I haven't seen it.

An Eskimo? Can Eskimos immigrate, or are they just a sort of cold Mexican?

The question that should be asked is...Who was left at the house with the dog that Ted thought could stand the cold he and his family couldn't?
What a dick !

The story, according to social media accounts, is that Cruz left the dog behind in the frozen house while he and kids jetted off to Mexico. I don't know if it's true, but I wouldn't put it past him.
PS: I believe the house photo with the dog was taken by a news reporter looking to see if Cruz really fled the state.

Sure, in the same way some guy with his pants around his ankles at Disney Land acknowledges he made a mistake as the cops descend on him. "Yeah, ya know...as I thought about it I realized that maybe this wasn't a good idea, but hey, I had them down already and well, my daughters wanted to go to Disney Land, but ya know I only had them down for a little while"

Yeah, only after he tried to throw his daughters under the bus, and then texts from his wife were revealed showing they left for Cancun because their power was out. But yeah, half-as*ed apology from a half-as*ed political hack.

Or better yet...TURN THE WATER OFF ! If a homeowner doesn't know how to turn off the water or the electricity (for that matter) to their home they don't deserve to own it.

People have also died because they've been sitting in their running cars, in their closed garages, to keep warm. We aren't very good at science in this country, and god knows in Texas they don't even believe in it.

You can run for president from jail? I didn't know that. |
Lyndon LaRouche did in 1992. | trump's chances for the presidency are pretty much nil at this point. The dems got exactly what they wanted from that impeachment trial, a chance to show the world how awful that capital riot really was. This definitely swayed public opinion against trump. He is down to about a 30 to 35 percent support at this point. He will still influence from the sidelines, but presidency again, probably not. Just ask top dog repubs like McConnell and Nikki Halley, they have stated they are through with trump. All he has left are his redneck goons and conspiracy weirdos and the pathetic Lindsey Graham. |
Don't forget Ted Cruz and that other guy(Hauley?) who raised his fist when the mob showed up at the capital.
As for running for president from jail I suppose I temporarily forgot that Eugene Debs did just that. I didn't know about Larouche.
