Once more I agree. This was the first album that made me think that Opeth really have something on offer for me.

Still Life takes this one for me, while Morningrise has a lot of value and a really interesting vibe and atmosphere, I think Still Life sorta beats it on all fronts. However Advent is one of my favorite Opeth songs, if this was My Arms Your Hearse vs Still Life.... it might be a different story

It is pretty clear that Still Life was Opeth's biggest achievement, considering its ratings on the platforms such as Prog Archives and RYM. I respect that. However, I prefer Morningrise. The Night and the Silent Water is one of my favourite songs ever.
