At least we agree about Haken then!

Yes, it makes absolutely no sense for Riverside to be prog metal but Haken heavy prog. Just ridiculous imo.

And then MMA hardly thinks Riverside is metal at all, which quite forced me to rethink my view of the whole genre...

(Riverside used to be a favourite of mine, today I'm more into bands like Distorted Harmony, Haken and the like)

Strangely, some bands accepted years ago would definitely be rejected today if they were suggested and some rejections from years ago got re-valuated & cleared in more recent times. Oh well...Big smile
They've released four new albums since the previous evaluation/rejection by my reckoning, so let's bump this thread and see what happens now lol!

Teramaze are now being evaluated by the current Prog Metal team. In the meantime, while we are waiting for the outcome, here's Wells Music's YouTube upload of the entire 'A Place Called Halo' saga in a single two hour and eighteen minute sitting:

That upload includes the two 56-minute albums 'Eli: A Wonderful Fall From Grace' and 'Her Halo', followed by the 25-minute track 'Sorella Minore'.

Whether this band is Prog Metal or not, that's one Hell of an impressive slab of music right there - and this is coming from someone who doesn't normally consider himself to be a 'metalhead', prog or otherwise.
