Exactly what it sounds like; what are some tracks that, to your ears, are "perfect" examples of progressive rock - that others may have no idea even exists?

Yes, we all know the big guns from Genesis, Yes, ELP, etc.; what are some lesser-known tracks from other bands, instrumental or otherwise, to you that are exceptional, 10/10 tracks?

Here's mine; this one is a beast and hits all the elements and right notes for me; I've had this in my head for about a week and a half now, and listened to it three times through on a car ride the other day, lol:

IQ - Further Away (Ever 1993)

Perfect modern Neo prog with that a little bit of metal influence. I'm willing to bet that all those people that have dismissed Neo prog/IQ out of hand have not heard this 'little' beauty.

The Tangent - Codpieces And Capes
Porg for short. My love of music doesn't end with prog! Feel free to discuss all sorts of music with me. Odds are I'll give it a chance if I haven't already! :)

Lesser known in my mind, but they might be well-known to the people on this site..
Levitating downwards,

Song for all Seasons  - Renaissance
Not sure if it really qualifies as "lesser known" but it's the first one came to mind.

Also Flight over Rio - Al Di Meola

Symphonic prog isn't normally my favourite subgenre, but I love this one to pieces:

A more off beat thing that is also just perfect is Fred Frith's Step Across the Border film.

You know the person asking the question is a spotify user when they ask for tracks and not albums. ;)
