For me, it would be a toss up between Haken, IQ and Between the Buried and Me.
I am curious to see what others will say!

I'd go for Abel Ganz, I think.

Hard to choose between Leprous, Big Big Train, Airbag, The Pinneaple Thief, Wobbler, Riverside and SW Solo music.

Pete Jones

Big Big Train, Steve Wilson are contenders too

A couple of odd albums stand out here and there...  Bent Knee, IQ, Modern Rock Ensemble, Wobbler, more

Unless this poll is about what you've been listening to in the 2010s, regardless of release date.

Tough one for me as I don't see a particular band jumping head and shoulders above the rest in the decade and most of the bands I'm into released 2 or 3 albums max.

Knifeworld
Guapo
North Sea Radio Orchestra
Alec K Redfearn & The Eyesores
Cheer-Accident
PoiL
Schnellertollermeier
Thinking Plague
Miriodor
Bent Knee

It's probably Bent Knee with 5 albums and having seen them over a dozen times.  Cheer-Accident & Knifeworld would probably make up a top 3.

If I was going to cheat I'd go with the Lyon based music collective Dur Et Doux which includes the bands Poil, Piniol, Ni, Chromb!, Icsis, Le Grand Sbam.

Poil (Piniol), BTBAM, Haken, though the latest albums by all three were humongous disappointments.

There are prog bands of 2010s?
I'm too old to ... <you know what>. Smile

Fortunately, no matter how old farts like me are stuck in the 70s, the show will never end.
Hope one long-hair new band or another will be a discovery for me.
Who are you and who am I to say we know the reason why... (D. Gilmour)

Yes, Fly from Here (2011) and Heaven & Earth (2014) are two of my favourite Yes albums, and besides which, I barely know any other prog albums from this past decade, so I'm with NotaProghead. Embarrassed

For me it's IQ for sure.
I'm guitarist and songwriter for the prog-related band Mother Bass. Find us at http://www.motherbass.com. I also enter stages throughout the Netherlands performing my poetry.
