Here's two rather well known modern prog bands who both seem to have alternative influences in their prog. Which one gets your vote?

It’s hard to choose for me. I’ll have to think very hard before I can vote.

Two different bands. There's plusses and minuses with each band. It's difficult to call one above the other so both equal here.

As put by my housemate/bandmate/friend, The Pineapple Thief is pretty much just "what if Porcupine tree was f*cking boring". On the contrary, Gazpacho makes music that is interesting and original.
I use they/them pronouns (feel free to ask me about this!)

Check out my music on my bandcamp!

Soord wins my vote. Gazpacho, perhaps appropriately, leave me cold.

Both equally. Very similar bands that both create a nice ambient mood but also equally unremarkable.
