So, it's all complete and nobody got it right (306 to 232). I was the closest though with the only vote for 285-299 Democrat.

Hi, I am not sure about the legality of it all, but if he gets banned from any of those social services, I doubt that a lawsuit will try to break that up, and get him back there. The bigger issue is that it would cause a serious vibration on a lot of EULA's for almost all programs that have such rules, and it would make the EULA's not viable or usable anymore ... something that will likely hurt the gaming world and I'm betting that it will also cause some issues on all social media platforms ... none of these want to get into a legal battle, but someone with the time and money to do so, might want to tear down the edifice that a lot of programs and games use ... something I have said all along is not quite enforceable from a legal stand since it is not posted in a place where it can have a legal back up, and many companies (ex: Blizzard, Everquest) would change the terms every week on Sunday Night to address a situation or two that was stupid in the first place! These social media locations are also not a private company, and that means that they could get hurt elsewhere because of it, specially in the stock market. In the end, it's a no win for everyone concerned, and again, my thoughts are that Mr. Trump lost and it is time he packs his bags and go retire and have fun playing golf the rest of his time ... he probably could use the exercise and the quiet time now ... to relax and start enjoying his time, and get out of the political stuff that took advantage of his win, and then deserted him when he needed them!

Anyway about this poll, many gave Biden winner by little (270-284 votes) but in reality he will arrive close to 300.

HI,
6AM Friday West Coast Looks like the bigger cities are hurting Mr. Trump. There is no doubt that Madison and Milwaukee took Wisconsin for Mr. Biden, and then it looks like Detroit went with Mr. Biden and took the state away from Mr. Trump. Now Georgia is at the edge and Mr. Biden appears to have come across the line first ... I bet it is all Atlanta votes! Nevada is hard to say anything ... as big as LV is, I guess that not many folks actually live there and it is mostly the "snow birds" that live there ... it used to be Arizona, but LV? 4PM Friday West Coast Both Georgia and Pennsylvania are ahead with Mr. Biden, in a change from the last 10% of the counting ... and my guess is that this was the reason why Mr. Trump wanted to cancel out all mail in voting, since it would be really hard to control I imagine. A state in America that likely will have lots of Mail in voters would be both Nevada and Arizona, though Arizona had no issues with its counting, but Nevada is asleep at the wheel, I keep thinking ... I'm inclined to believe that the majority of mail in voters are from people that are likely more educated than just social media and made use of it when they are still travelling away on business, for example. The whole thing is very different and the surprises will be a big thing in the next presidential election, with both candidates working for the mail in thing more. But the state having issues counting these, is scary for me ... but if the averages hold that are being shown, Mr. Biden is the next president. 10AM Saturday Morning West Coast Looks like AP and others are now stating that Mr. Biden has won the election. The analysis on it, shows that the likelihood of the numbers changing with a recount, or any adjustment from late votes (the mailed ones with a Tuesday postmark!) is not enough for them to change anything, unless in some cases the numbers came out as something like 80% for Mr. Trump, which has not happened for just about the whole country, and thus the likelihood that it's all over. Reflections: In the early days, before Mr. Trump "became" a Republican, he was a sort of "independent" that was taking away precious votes from many Republicans ... and in the past 6 months a lot of Republicans were separating themselves from Mr. Trump, and I think that break caused some issues to the party and eventually, might have cost them the election, since many of those folks did not "actively" support Mr. Trump. In the end, I think that what we saw, though, was the effect that social media is having on politics, which I think will now fall back into its usual ... who cares ... and it's about time! I imagine that even Mr. Trump will not care to post a whole lot, although I expect a nasty last set of words from him sooner or later that might even get him "banned" from some social services. Hard to tell, but I think he should just get humbled down, and say thank you and then move over. He's had his 15 minutes ... or as it 4 years?

I would have put my money on the God Emperor, but then again I even suck at lottery. Kind of weird how only Bidet gets the extra supply of mail ballots though. Wouldn't it have been fair to add a roughly even amount of votes for both candidates, not just for the underdog?

Hi,
That's what supporters of one candidate keep saying ... they don't believe the news ... because social media IS THE NEWS for them! I think it is high time for many of those folks to wake up!
I enjoyed that one ... can you imagine that KK in the White House ... ? AND all of those "reality" shows moved to the WH lawns? Goodness ... where is Saturday Night Live when we need them!

This is the first time I've heard his name mentioned in over a week. No one on tv even mentioned Kanye. Weird.

Hi, AND Nevada ... Mr. Biden needs 32 more electoral votes ... 16+10+6 ... and it would be over. With so many early voters, I'm thinking that we probably won't know until next week the actual results ... Mr. Trump tried hard to stop the early and mailed voters, and I have a feeling that many of those will likely be on Mr. Biden's side ... but this is America ... the land where news don't matter and the social media stars get a better (and bigger) welcome than the media ... weird that CNN and MSN continually showed how Mr. Trump was misrepresenting many things ... and yet, in Social Media it was like ... ohh they are just trying to shake him up! See? He's laughing over it! It just shows how divided this country is which makes politics impossible, anyway! UPDATE: 4PM West Coast ... only Nevada not showing results since at least last night ... my guess they are all mailed in ballots. But if Mr. Biden gets Nevada (and he is ahead), the election is over. Except for the lawsuits of course ... a loser can't go down without a fight, right? (I don't think I have ever seen a recount reverse the results ... !!!)

Hi,
It's 9PM here on the West Coast and Biden has 213 to Trump who has 108. There is a problem ... AP thinks that 3 states will be Biden's and that will add 25 more electoral votes and AP thinks that Trump will take the 11 other states, and if that is so, Trump will win with 167 more electoral votes. Unless some of those states turn it around and give Biden a few more electoral votes it looks like M. Trump has pulled off an upset ... and the media completely ignored "middle America" where at least 15 states like Mr. Trump better. I was hoping for a change, but changes in America are very strange and the voting public does not like changes as you can see ... the incumbent, wins more often than not!
