So don’t evade the surgeon’s blade
Cos the answer could be in your mind
Maybe one cut and we’ll find
We’re just a wavelength behind

But we are entwined

And I know what you need

Given how long it took for Infernal and the number of supposed release dates, maybe it would be best not to have any rumors or info, and just be pleasantly surprised when the next one does come out.

Indeed, Infernal was prog's Chinese Democracy - look bast at past threads here

And, while Doomsday, No. 7, and Snowtorch remain minor miracles, I think that Infernal did not meet the admittedly high bar Mr. Xavier set with those releases, so I await the next album curiously, will he find another bottle of secret sauce?

I think Infernal is arguably the best album of the 2010s.

I have a resigned feeling that Infernal is the final Phideaux album-I hope I'm wrong.

I'm guessing you mean solo albums, but:
He (sorta) just released a live album with Valerie Gracious, Steve Unruh and himself on bandcamp.
71319 Live at Monforti Manor
Might be easier to youtube it than use the bandcamp search field.
