Interactive Poll Ate: Movie Soundtracks

While it's a series expectation, I only requested that people not vote for their own nominations in the poll in the OP. I also wrote "I will not add your choices to the poll until Thursday evening, I think, Pacific Standard Time, so you're free to Vaseline and vacillate at least until then. Once they are up feel free to start voting for your three, and there is no hurry. You don't have to be done by the time the next poll goes up" and then later said that I'd do it on Thursday early morning (knew I'd be busy that day and into the evening" so I broke my initial expectations for myself. That was kind of bad of me even if it's no big deal in the grand scheme of things. What matters more to me is that all participants vote three times and post their three choices when they get the chance. I don't treat this as a contest at all. What matters the most to me is that we are listening to each others choices.

I would guess that each poll will have its own unique rules/ guidelines, but there will be some standards across the series.

I couldn't imagine singing anything around her like "Big Bottom" (I'm very prudish with her, although we both did love the film Betty Blue).

Of course, and feel comfortable giving the "Howard Shore - "Foundations of Stone" - The Two Towers" option a vote, although then give two others a vote if you haven't voted for any yet. That was Raff's choice, and I tend to like Raff's tastes in music, but then I've been liking everyone's tastes in music across polls (of course I have had my preferences as should we all). The voting and listening is not just for those who nominated choices.

I apologize for not having chimed in so far. I did start listening to all the suggestions put forward in this thread, but then I stopped. Blame a rather blah week (problems sleeping, hot weather, feeling overall depressed, etc.), and also the fact that I've never been a big movie person. I'll try to pick my three faves during the weekend.

The three I voted for:

I listen to the wonderful youtube playlist now. This is going to be tough... I have now listened to the first three (Paul Giovanni, Lisa Gerrard, John Murphy), and they're all vote-worthy. 

So many great choices to choose from once again.  Here's my top three, but I must say I went back and forth several times before coming to this conclusion.

I am open for whatever the next poll is, prog or not prog. When will the next one start? This poll might be done by tomorrow.
