I have no idea and/or knowledge about it. But ours is VERY diverse and some of them taste like heaven. Turkey is not good at documenting things and we lack some reverence towards our traditional values. I strongly guess that perhaps hundreds of our bread types are forgotten in history. Yet, there's still a lot. You have to go to their original places, for some real traditional ones.

Vodka for me. Mishka, 375ml bottle, down in 2 hours or so, no hangover. Great stuff.
