I've noticed something weird in Heldon's page, there are 2 live albums released in 2015 with the same rating. Both have 4 ratings and it's the same people who rated them, looks a little bit fishy, it could be the same guy or maybe not, worth checking I think.

Looking at these four guys I don't see much suspicious. I think they all just happened to be the only 4 people besides you to know these live albums. Sorry the investigation took so long. Your post predated my abmin duties by 1 day.

Crikey! That's A LOT of 5-star ratings! I've been criticised for being overly generous with my album ratings too, but I'm not THAT generous.

It could be worse. He (she) could actually be writing reviews and jamming up the home page!

Yeah, I confess, I thought the first Asia album was the best record ever made for about three months. When I was fourteen, and didn't know sh*t from shoe polish. Then one day I just suddenly realised that I never ever wanted to hear it again...and didn't, for about thirty-five years.

Asia debut = a good, solid album, not 5 stars. After that, from the several albums I’ve invested time with (and never got back) its all downhill.

I hadn't actually heard Asia before, so I had to check it out. Listening to the first album now. Doesn't sound very interesting far. Too polished for my taste, and in general I think it's a sort of mainstream pop/rock that bands like Toto did much better. But if the guy thinks it's all worth 5 stars, then good for him. However, it is hard to take seriously when almost all albums on the profile get either 5 or 1 star. Is there any particular reasons why one can rate albums without writing a review?

I’m a bit of an Opeth fan-boy, but i consider Morningrise, Damnation, Pale Communion and maybe Heritage as 5 star masterpieces, the others 4’s and even 3’s.

I believe this was done so as not to discourage people who couldn't write in English all that well from visiting the site/contributing (as reviews have to be written in English).

There is indeed no such thing as a 2 star or 1 star opeth album and those 3 star ones are just barely 3 stars
